We have an all embracing experience in the telecommunication sector. Since the mid 1980s, our firm has assisted the large majority of the major telecom companies operating in Algeria. By and large, our firm has been involved in all the significant telecommunications transactions that have taken place in Algeria to this day. We have recently counselled clients in the following sectors:

• Mobile telephony
• Radiocommunication
• Wimax

Our firm is accustomed to dealing with the Algerian Telecommunications Regulatory Authority. We have represented clients before this institution in matters relating to the allocation of international, intercity and rural telephony licenses, network and import authorizations, negotiations and litigation.

Last but not least, we have advised the Algerian Government in relation to telecommunications.
