Maître Nouara Issad has been a member of the Ghellal & Mekerba Law Firm since 2003. When she integrated the firm, she also brought with her
an additional 30 years of professional experience in the hydrocarbon industry.

Before joining the Ghellal & Mekerba Law Firm, Maître Issad was in charge of Sonatrach’s legal department (prospecting and development activities).

Nouara Issad is a member of the Bar of Algiers and a graduate of the University of Algiers. She also holds a Senior Professional Diploma (Magistère), 1981, University of Law of Algiers.

Nouara speaks French and Arabic fluently and has knowledge of English.
