Noureddine Terki is an Attorney before the Supreme Court and State Council. He has advised many foreign investors throughout international arbitrations. He notably represented the Algerian state before the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC). He is a Doctor of Laws, an Associate Professor of two French Universities (François Rabelais de Tours and Lyon II), a Professor at the University of Algiers. Mr Noureddine Terki formerly held the post of Dean of Algerian University School of Law.
