Moulka Cherfi is a graduate of the University of Algiers, Faculty of Law and Administrative Sciences. She is a member of the Algerian bar since 2007 but has worked as a paralegal since 2004, in which year she joined the Ghellal & Mekerba Law Firm.

Between 2004 and 2007, she assisted the firm’s partners, as a researcher and translator, in many major projects of various nature. She is therefore well versed in many aspects of Algerian business law.

Since being admitted at the bar, Moulka has audited many Algerian companies, both public and private. She also advices and handles several client files.

Moulka is specialized in family law, company law, contract law, investment law, civil liability law, employment law and administrative law.

Moulka is fluent in French, Arabic and has a good knowledge of English.
