Tarik Zahzah joined the firm in 2006. He has audited many companies, both private and public, in the framework of planned privatizations and acquisitions. He has also assisted the firm’s partners in the negotiation of successful acquisitions.
Tarik has also advised many prominent companies in fields that include, but are not limited to, stock options, public procurements, hydrocarbon relate procurements, securities and telecom regulation.
Tarik has been a key speaker in many conferences organized by the European Commission and Algeria’s Ministry of Industry and Privatization.
He holds a joint LLM/Certificate of Business Management degree, with honors, from Northwestern University/ Kellogg School of Management. This experience has allowed him to work with students of one of the world’s leading MBA programs and to understand the specific needs of managers in charge of emerging market investment. He also holds a Graduate Degree in European Business Law from the University Paris V, René Descartes.
Tarik is a member of the New York Bar and has obtained his CAPA (Paris bar exam certification).
He is fluent in English, Spanish, French and has good knowledge of Arabic.
